Function and operation:
The corrosive acids material will go through the glass-lined shell while the cooling/heating water or steam will go through the glass-lined tubes.
We can weld jacket on the shell body upon requirement, which can enlarge heat exchange area of the equipment. Shell & tube glass lined heat exchanger is generally connected to glass lined reactors or tanks for cooling/heating purpose under acidic environment.
